  • Failed Transactions: If your money is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your LudoRummy Royale wallet, it is usually stuck with the payment gateway. Such amounts are typically refunded to your original payment source automatically within 5-7 business days.

2. Gameplay and Contest Entry

  • Non-Refundable Entries: Once you join a game table or a tournament using your wallet balance, the entry fee is non-refundable.

  • Disconnections: We are not responsible for any losses or "Buy-in" deductions caused by your internet instability, device failure, or accidental closing of the app during a live match. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Technical Issues (Server Side)

  • In the rare event that a game is cancelled or disrupted due to a technical glitch on our server or a service outage, the entry fee for that specific game will be credited back to the user's wallet automatically within 24 hours.

4. Account Suspension & Fraud

  • If an account is suspended or banned due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., using bots, multiple accounts, or collusion), any remaining balance in the wallet (including deposited cash) will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Withdrawal Issues

  • Once a withdrawal request is processed and marked as "Successful" from our end, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure your UPI ID or Bank details are 100% correct before withdrawing.
